Returns & Refunds
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Please email us with your order number, the item and the reason for your request before sending anything back.
For change-of-mind returns, items should be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Do not send returns to the address on the parcel without contacting us first.
Contact us if your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, and include photos where possible. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy. We cover reasonable return shipping for confirmed faulty, damaged or incorrect items. For other returns, customers pay return shipping unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the refund. Original shipping fees are refundable where required by law.
To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, the return process applies. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights, including applicable cancellation and statutory guarantee rights.
